  We recently used the services of Chersun to purchase our first overseas property and I have no hesitation in recommending this highly professional and knowledgeable company. We dealt with Paul who as well as being highly personable was extremely patient in explaining all aspects of the buying process. Paul was very helpful to us, taking the time to make sure we selected the right property for us and at no time did I feel under pressure to buy. Paul was highly professional and I found him to be honest, trustworthy and someone I had confidence in to tell it as it really was. Once we had agreed a purchase price with the vendors, Paul was able to put us in touch with Spanish solicitors and currency transfer agents. The transaction went through last week and the process was much easier than house purchase in the UK.

  From the time we chose Chersun to help us find a place in Costa Blanca, we have been delighted with the great service Paul has provided. From meeting us at the airport, arranging a hotel for us to stay in, spending 2 full days taking us around the areas we were interested in, and laying on a private transfer for our return home. He was always so professional, yet explained the whole buying process in such a simple way. He quickly established the kind of property we liked. Even after returning to the UK, after having an offer turned down, he continued to look out for us and within a couple of days, was able to find us a fantastic property.   "We have just happily completed on our beautiful villa in Lo Pagan. From start to finish Paul and Neil were with us all the way offering advise and guidance with our purchase and were always just at the other end of the phone if we had any queries. Chersun guided us with the recommendation of legal assistance which we could not fault, money transfer company who also did a great job on our behalf and Paul himself even picked up the key for us and was waiting at the villa when we arrived on the Saturday armed with a bottle of champagne!
