  Clean and nice. Lovely and central. Has everything you need. Breakfast is good and lots of local amenities. Will definitely come back if coming to Cartagena.

  It was wonderful. Really nice staff. The game room has a ps3, ps4, Xbox, and 3 flat-screen TVs, just bring ur own games cuz I think people stole most of them. People. Also a bunch of computers. The rooms are a little small I guess but not bad at all for the price, really clean, and good ac! The bars near by are cheap and you're a 5 minute walk from the center if town and the harbor. I walked in one night at god knows what time Rambling insane drunk nonsense at the front desk guy trying to convince him to read Ready Player One and he let me have late check out the next day haha. They let me store my luggage there after I checked out, very nice of them. They helped me with anything I needed at any time. 24 hour front desk service btw. I'll be going g back there for sure!

  Hotel Carlos III Sercotel is a lower cost three-star offering from the Sercotel chain of hotels. It shares the same building with a sister hotel, the four-star Hotel Alfonso XIII Sercotel. The accommodations are expectedly cheap with just the basics for furniture. Amenities such as an ironing board and key for the in-room safe had to be requested at the front desk. For English travelers, the front desk speaks serviceable English. There is a restaurant on the second floor that serves breakfast which is included in the stay. The hotel is located easy walking distance to several pharmacies, convenient stores, and plenty of restaurants. It is also a quick stroll to the downtown walking district with more to see and do. Slightly further south from that is the waterfront. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable enough for it's price class and the staff has been helpful.

  Big rooms, bed is ok, good bath. Elevators works on mysterious way on several occasions needed to take a stairs, not fun if you on the upper levels.

  The Hotel Carlos III is the best hotel of Cartagena. I strongly recommend it.
